Rejuvenation Technologies Inc. (“RTI,” “we,” “us”) operates rejuvenationtech.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website, not to clinical studies, which are governed by their own consent documents.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and service providers automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, described below. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person (research collaboration, clinical trials, careers, press, or reagent purchases);
- operate, maintain, and secure the website, including screening form submissions for spam and detecting bots and attacks;
- understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some security cookies are needed for the site and contact form to work.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only:
- with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf to run the site and our email;
- with our affiliates, including our Australian subsidiary, when needed to respond to your inquiry;
- when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RTI or others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Clinical trial inquiries and health information
Please do not send detailed medical information through the contact form. If you contact us about our clinical trials, we use what you send only to respond and to share information about trial participation. Eligibility screening and enrollment happen through the trial sites, under separate informed-consent and privacy documents. Our trials are not yet active.
Retention and security
Contact-form submissions are automatically and permanently deleted from our website after 60 days. Copies delivered to our email, and any follow-up correspondence, are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, or longer if required by law. Server and security logs are kept by our providers under their own retention schedules.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and multi-factor authentication on the systems that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers
RTI is based in the United States and has a subsidiary in Australia. Information you submit may be processed in the United States, Australia, and other countries where our service providers operate.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
